Jonas Brothers fans are “absolutely furious” as the band organizes a massive Co-Op Live date

Fans who booked tickets to see the Jonas Brothers in Manchester in June said they were “very angry” after the band announced they would be canceling their entire European tour.

American Boy was the first artist to confirm dates at Co-Op Live, announcing last year that they would play at the venue – which was set to open on April 23 with a show from Peter Kay – on the 17 June as part of their Big Five. albums, one night stand.



But the band, known for hits including Sucker and Burning Up, recently announced that all of their European dates have been rescheduled despite the leg being set to kick off in just over a month in Oslo, Norway on May 18.

In a statement, the Jonas Brothers – made up of Joe, Nick and Kevin – said the move was made due to ‘exciting plans’ going forward. The band said on social media: “We’ve postponed the European dates later this year and that’s because we have exciting plans that we’re excited to share with you later.

“Our European fans, we love you and we can’t wait to see you. It’s long overdue and we’re really excited to play these games later this fall. So make sure you hold on to your tickets for We will have more information to come, but we look forward to seeing you. Thank you for all your support over the years.”

The European and UK tour will now kick off in Belfast on September 9, with a Manchester date at Co-Op Live on September 12. But some fans have taken to social media to share their anger at the move , have already booked accommodation. and set out for the first day of June. The Jonas Brothers have been on tour in America since August 2023. The band just completed dates in Australia and New Zealand last month as part of the tour.

Co-Op Live said that all previous tickets for the June 17 gig will remain valid for the new date of September 12. A spokesperson for the band meanwhile said that ticket holders had been sent information about the dates. reorganized by email.
