Victoria Beckham shares an emotional message on her 50th birthday

Victoria Beckham is preparing to celebrate her 50th birthday, sharing an emotional Instagram post on Tuesday, on the eve of the milestone event.

Posting a photo of herself wearing a bra and suit from her fashion line, Victoria shared a lengthy message, thanking her husband David and her four ‘beautiful’ children for their ‘love and support’ limitless’ as he thought about his life.

The Spice Girl announced: ‘As I prepare to turn 50 (in heels, of course!), I feel incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone.’

He spoke extensively about his career highlights, saying he has been ‘blessed, but also successful and deeply satisfied.’

‘Not just where I am as a woman, but how far my fashion and beauty products have come.’

My passion has always been to empower women and make them feel that they are the most important. For me, that meant trusting my instincts and not compromising my creative vision.’

He added that he was proud of his career, from pop artist to fashion designer, writing: ‘I believe you can be many things. Pop star, mother, wife, designer…’

‘My thing has always been to dream big, then dream bigger! Trust yourself first – everyone else will follow. And if you’re really lucky, you’ll find someone who believes in you more than you love them.’

Thanking David, the star gushed that she was ‘forever grateful for your endless love and support, and for our beautiful children.’

Ending her post with a promise to keep striving for more, Victoria said: ‘So, here’s to doing more of what I love with the people I love. Thank you to my family, my friends and my wonderful team! This is the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I’ve only just begun.’

Victoria has previously insisted she is getting fit as she gets older and wants to “look good for her age”.

In a 2019 interview, the mother-of-four said: ‘I’m fine growing up. I’m not trying to look young at all. I just want to look good for my age.

‘I want to look like the best version of me. I want to take care of what I have. I don’t want to change anything. And I’m fine with that. I love how getting old feels.

‘It’s fine the way it looks, because that’s what it is. Everyone gets old. [But] I don’t like how it is [getting older] sounds.’

And he is just as satisfied with his work, with his fashion line registering a profit last year after a series of financial losses, almost 15 years after launching his fashion label.

The star also has her own beauty line, as she aims to break into the high street fashion market with her own collection with Mango.

Her slips, knitwear and tailoring are also very affordable, compared to the £90 she charges for a t-shirt from her eponymous label, which launched in 2008. Collection will begin on April 23. .
